Refund policy

Kindly take a video of opening the package.

We take replacement only if the product is damaged when delivered. Reach / Send us the video to trendykemp@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving your order. Without valid proof, we do not give refund/replacement.

We check each & every product multiple times for any damages or defects before dispatching.

We issue replacements or refunds, whichever is feasible for us for the damage of products. A refund can only be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product.
